Intermodal - land
A fast lane linking north and south, both in Italy and in the rest of Europe.
With our own offices strategically located throughout the system - such as Bari, Piacenza and Manchester - GTS can directly handle freight using the "door-to-door" formula anywhere in Italy as well as in the UK, Belgium, France, Holland, northern Germany, Greece and Turkey.
Intermodal - sea
A dedicated service for transporting containers only, from the port of Bari to the main Hub at Gioia Tauro, (the biggest in the Mediterranean), from where they can be shipped anywhere overseas.
Our services include handling bookings and warehousing through direct relations with the shipping companies, for which GTS operates as a terminal operator.
Public Operator
In order to maintain maximum flexibility, GTS also acts as a public operator, providing terminal services, rail transport and road haulage for customers own container consignments.
International shipping
GTS recently introduced the international shipping of Full Container Load and Less Than Container Load .Through commercial agreements with carriers and its partnerships and leading companies around the world, GTS has a logistics network that can cater for any kind of customer´s freight departing from any port, including I.M.O./ADR cargoes, as well as providing additional services such as taking care of customs paperwork and freight insurance.
